Welcome To The Mutton Birds Official Web Site!

The In store at Real Groovy Records, Queen Street Auckland, Friday 6 December 2002, was a big success. We had a decent turnout - signed some CDs and went out and got very drunk afterwards. Pictures soon (of the gig, not the drunks)

For those outside New Zealand - You can order our brand new record "Flock" - The Best Of The Mutton Birds by clicking on one of these links:

Angle Of Entry sold out - but we have the historic 1st pressing for sale.

IT HAS ALL OF THE TRACKS, BUT CD PLAYERS WILL ONLY RECOGNISE ALL OF THE TRACKS AS ONE TRACK. THIS IS FINE FOR CONTINUOUS PLAY, BUT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GO TO A SPECIFIC TRACK.

AVAILABLE IN A PLASTIC SLIP CASE (SAME AS A COVER MOUNTED CD ON A COMPUTER MAGAZINE) + ORIGINAL LINER NOTES.

The band as we were on the Oct/Nov 99 NZ/Australian tour: Ross Burge, Tony Fisher, Don McGlashan, Matthew Bannister

Reviews page finally here. Thanks largely to people on the Mutton Birds mailing list, who send copies of reviews to each other, we've copied them and put some up here. We can't type them in ourselves, because that would entail reading them, which we never do. Rave reviews for new album in Mojo, Music 365, Uncut, Heat and Q are those to hand so far. See Reviews
